Who shall I cry to?

Today I got a very bad new from ebay. They told me that my ebay account will be limited for over 30 days or more...According to them, the reason is that the customers are not satisfited with my services, or to say, the shipping speed.
Most ebayers have met this problem before. The real reason is that we cannot controll the speed of post office and the bad weather.
Due to the coming of Christmas shopping season, many ebayers were unsatisfied with the service of Hongkong post because many sellers said that they had lost all the UK parcel via Hongkong post office. At the end of Nov, China post stand out with a more attractive price. You know the result...Later all of us were shocked by China Post office. They told us on Dec 22 that because of the explosion of ebay parcels, most of the parcels were blocked in Shenzhen and will be treated in 10-20 days. Till that time that I knew some of my parcels were posted on Dec 1 and are still in Shenzhen till the end of Dec.
I am crazy!You are crazy!Most of us are crazy.
God damn the China Post Office.
